water parkhotel barroom maintenance
The children's water park is excellent. There are plenty of lifeguards around each pool. The hotel bars serve tasty coffee. The beer is good, it is bottled.
My room had maintenance issues, and when I asked to change the room, they refused. They said they would fix it. I experienced two hours of disturbance because of this. I found visitors inside the pool wearing cotton clothes, not swimming suits.

the food was generally acceptable at the mediterranean restaurant offering a buffet selection i could find something suitable to eat each time i visited
the reception staff seemed unwelcoming upon arrival they were not particularly helpful or informative when i checked in the room i was initially assigned was not adequately cleaned and it took an unreasonable amount of time for the room service to fulfill simple requests

The staff attitude was AMAZING!!! Waiters were friendly and provided great service in the Soprano restaurant. Cleanliness was also good. The food! There were many restaurants to choose from. I especially liked the variety at the Soprano restaurant. It was tasty and really good.
The food quality was poor and the variety was barely there. Some staff were quite rude, especially one waiter at the main restaurant. I found the isolation awful. I could hear EVERYTHING happening in the hall.
